Proudly rooted in Surrey, JPT was founded by Jordan and Daniel with a straightforward aim: to provide reliable, high-quality property services to homeowners and businesses across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

As a locally founded business, our reputation matters to us. We want JPT to become a name that people across Surrey associate with dependable workmanship, clear communication and a genuinely personal service. Whether we're undertaking practical work at a property or managing the organisation behind a project, we believe in attention to detail and doing the job properly.

Years of Hands-On Experience

Jordan brings extensive practical experience to JPT, having spent six years working in plumbing and seven years working in gardening and outdoor maintenance.

His plumbing background has given him experience of working practically within customers' homes and properties, developing the technical skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail required when dealing with property maintenance.

Alongside this, Jordan's seven years of gardening experience have given him a strong understanding of maintaining and improving outdoor spaces. This combination of plumbing and gardening experience provides JPT with a broad practical foundation and an understanding of the different requirements that come with looking after a property both inside and out.

Jordan takes the lead on much of JPT's practical work, bringing his years of trade experience directly to each job. His approach is focused not simply on completing the immediate task, but on understanding what the customer wants to achieve and finding a practical solution that works for their property.

A Professional Approach Behind the Work

Daniel brings a different but complementary background to JPT.

Daniel has professional experience working within the legal sector, including in commercial property. His legal background has involved working on property transactions and development matters, communicating with clients and other professionals, reviewing detailed documentation and helping to manage matters where accuracy and organisation are essential.

Daniel uses that experience to support the operational side of JPT, helping ensure that the business is organised, professional and focused on providing customers with a dependable service.

His legal experience has developed skills in communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving and understanding clients' objectives. These are just as valuable when running a property-services business: from providing customers with clear information and maintaining accurate records to ensuring that work is properly organised from the initial enquiry through to completion.

Daniel's involvement isn't limited to the administrative side of the business. He has also assisted Jordan with gardening work at various points, giving him practical experience working alongside Jordan and a first-hand understanding of the standards expected when carrying out work for customers.

Two Different Backgrounds, One Approach

The different experience that Jordan and Daniel bring to JPT is one of the strengths of the business.

Jordan brings years of practical experience across plumbing, gardening and property maintenance, while Daniel brings experience from a professional legal environment alongside his practical involvement working with Jordan.

Together, this allows JPT to combine the personal, hands-on approach of a local Surrey trade business with the organisation and communication customers should expect from a professionally run company.
